About
Ryan Windsor, an entrepreneur, business strategist, and business advisor, consults for start-ups and existing businesses seeking growth.
His passion is to help others build their own businesses and guide them to scale-up sustainably. Currently, he co-founded, works with, and holds equity in businesses across various areas, including property, architecture, health, and digital media.
Ryan holds positions as a non-executive director at Keystone Development Trust, Charles Burrell Centre, and London Film Studios.
Over ten years ago, he initiated his own property business and has since been sought after for advice on large capital projects ranging from £5m to £72m in the Private, Third, and Educational sectors.
Previously, Ryan worked as a lecturer in entrepreneurship and served as an employability advisor at West Suffolk College.
In 2013, he earned his PgDip in Entrepreneurship from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Recently, he joined Norfolk’s Enterprise Advisor Network and was honored with the “30 under 30” distinction by IQ Magazine. Additionally, he received the Theresa Graham CBE People’s Award from LEA and the ‘Rising Star’ accolade at the Property Awards of Cambridge News. He also received the Thetford Award of Recognising Achievement for Business. Furthermore, the LEA Hall of Fame in Orlando, Florida, USA, inducted him.
Ryan is the Development Director and co-founder of WindsorPatania Architects. His acute design sense, honed through years of property development, complements his active involvement in charitable work. He leads numerous initiatives to support the local community.
